Our story
Welcome to Creche& Grow! We started our business in 2022 with the aim to transform conventional childcare. We are mompreneurs (entrepreneurs
and mothers) who created 'Creche & Grow'
specifically to allow parents to attend events
by providing childcare for every occasion.
Silvia worked for many years in childcare,
developing an extensive experience in child
development, and she is the founder of
"Isabella Childcare". Natalie has worked in the
NHS and the Children's Entertainment Industry
for several years. She is the founder of "The
Mindful Autism Parenting". We share a passion
for conscious childcare, focusing on a
connection-based approach using self-
awareness, mindfulness and communication to
develop strong, authentic connections with
children. Our Mission is to learn and grow
while transforming conventional childcare.
Our Nannies
Our team is selected based on their qualifications, experience, and aptitude for the role.
We choose our nannies via 'Isabella Childcare', which provides only high-quality staff for our events.
Our nannies have many years of experience in childcare. They actively connect and engage with the children by creating age-appropriate activities ensuring the emotional safety and comfort of the child, and providing your peace of mind that the child is well looked after at all times.
We guarantee that our nannies are all DBS checked and in possession of their pediatric First Aid.

Whether it is a corporate event you are running or something more intimate, we have you covered! We have a package
that will suit and can be tailored to your needs. 'Creche and Grow' provide services for children who speak all languages and/or have disabilities or learning difficulties.
We put our heart and passion into what we do. We designed
our mobile creche is specifically for infants to 10 years old
according to their developmental needs.
Our goal is to ensure that children will have a day to
remember whilst providing families peace of mind and
tranquillity, knowing their children are safe and having
a great time.
Wedding Planners
We love working with amazing wedding planners! Our creche is an additional service you can offer to your clients while organising their weddings, especially if there is a high number of friends and family who have got children.
Our service will take away the hustle from their shoulder of finding the right childcare or deciding not to participate due to childcare issues.
Our service will give parents peace of mind and will make your wedding more inclusive. Why not offer a space for children to be children but
at the same time allow friends and other family members to
have fun without worrying about the kids?!
We offer bespoke services in line with the requirement of the
wedding. We strive to actively collaborate with wedding
planners to make sure that all details are taken care of. Our
service can cover all duration of the wedding including night time
childcare.
wellness centres
Inhale and exhale... We strongly believe that parents deserve time off to unwind.
This is why we love to collaborate with SPAs and Wellness Centres.
We like to support parents' well-being and give them more opportunities to access this service without worrying about the kids. We also support SPAs businesses by providing an additional service covering a wider clientele.
Relaxation and a SPA day don't have to be only on Mothers Day.
We will set up a designated space for children to play while their parents can get a massage or beauty treatment. We can create group packages for mothers and fathers alike to dedicate time to themselves. Our nannies will connect and
actively engage with the children ensuring their comfort and fun during their stay. They will also create various age-appropriate activities to ensure the children are involved. Our nannies will communicate openly with the parents to accomodate any special requests to ensure peace of mind.
Hotels
Holidays with children do not exclude the intimacy between the couple anymore!
Our creche service can offer flexibility during the holiday for parents to enjoy quality time as a couple and with their children. Whether it is a romantic dinner or a date night out, our nannies will have you covered. Offering this type of service in a hotel setting can benefit the business by providing an additional service where parents can enjoy their time apart
in total ease and peace of mind.
Our creche offers a safe environment for children to play while the parents can have the time to visit the city or do some shopping while their kids will have fun partaking in activities with our excellent nannies.
We provide only high-quality staff and guarantee that our nannies are all DBS
checked and special needs trained. We guarantee that our service will enable parents to have a stress-free holiday.
Work spaces
Employee well-being and work-life balance are two elements of a healthy work environment. Childcare is a significant expense – and a significant cause of stress –
for working parents.
We want to transform the working space by offering our creche service that will enable parents to achieve peace of mind in terms of childcare, avoiding school runs or insane childcare costs during the holidays by creating a play area where children can learn,
play and grow while their parents work without being interrupted or worrying about childcare.
Having a creche on site can benefit the company as childcare constraints will be minimised. The creche would be a good solution also for one-off events or corporate parties.
We are open to collaborations and bespoke services.
sport clubs
We know that being active is essential for physical and mental health. Being healthy plays a role in raising our children, and we want to support parents in accessing various sports or/and sports events. Our creche is designated for children from infants to ten years of age. We like to collaborate with personal trainers, sports clubs or event organisers.
